Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer Free U.S. Ground Shipping on all orders.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Eckman Designs is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Eckman Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
